Mikhail Gnedovsky, PhD, works as Chief Analyst in the Moscow Centre for Museum Development. He is a member of the Standing Committee on Ethics and board member of the Russian National Committee of ICOM. In 2003-15, he was Director of the Cultural Policy Institute. He chaired European Museum Forum in 2009-11, and was on the jury of European Museum of the Year Award in 2002-12.
